To mark the 100th anniversary of the Dutch Olympic Committee, the site of Papendal was turned into a huge sports parade.

A variety of sports and athletes provided demonstrations and clinics for visitors to get a taster of their sport, Cricket and the KNCB being one of them.

Despite the bad weather, KNCB and their Cricket Factory were well attended by participants young and old. A few established cricketers were glad to see the sport in attendance in such a new way.

Municipal Sports Counters were pleasantly surprised by the way cricket was being delivered on a small scale in such a playful way by utilising the Cricket Factory equipment. The upcoming season will see the KNCB and the Cricket Factory equipment also present during the various youth cricket events.
